Third-party service providers that process data on behalf of TermCal customers.
TermCal uses the following subprocessors to deliver our service. All are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Changes
We notify customers via email at least 30 days before adding subprocessors that process customer content. Contact privacy@termcal.com with questions.
Data Sovereignty
We research and select every vendor according to a strict rule: at no point can our service have a runtime dependency on US-owned or operated cloud infrastructure. This includes compute, storage, networking, payment processing, and any other service that handles customer data or is critical to service delivery.
All subprocessors listed above operate exclusively within the European Union or Canada. Your data is not processed on infrastructure subject to the US CLOUD Act.
