What TermCal does
Type a deadline in plain text, upload a PDF, forward an email, or enter commitments directly. TermCal identifies:
- Contract dates — effective dates, expiration, renewal windows
- Payment terms — due dates, late fee triggers, grace periods
- Project milestones — deliverables, review windows, completion targets
- Compliance deadlines — regulatory filings, renewal requirements
Low-effort commitments get reminders. High-effort commitments also get preparation blocks scheduled backwards from the deadline. Everything syncs to your calendar automatically.
